hi! it depends on how detailed the nail art is— when i’m done painting my nails i wait sometimes 20 sec to make sure the nail art doesnt smear if i’ve painted a lot of layers - but sometimes i apply it right away. after i apply a topcoat, i look to make sure that all the nail art “baked” together - that its flat and not bumpy. it if is bumpy, sometimes i apply another thin layer of topcoat so it smooths it out. thanks for your question- and let me know what you think about floss gloss. i think you’re going to love it!
